Shorecrest Beach Club Minutes

Working Meeting.

Meeting called to order 10:00 am

Roll Call: Mike, Ken, Bill, Greg, Craig, Tracy                       Patricia (excused)

Open Session

Greg and Elliott reported on the problem with the fire alarm system. Greg had a man from a fire alarm company come out and he replaced the batteries and that fixed the problem. He needs to come out and do a continuity test and said that the system needs to be monitored.

Greg reported that he contacted the county about the problem with lots that that had people living in homes without a septic system. The said they were going to investigate it.

Carolynne discussed the need to pump the clubhouse’s septic tank this year.

The RV Registration Forms that Carolynne and Greg had made were discussed and the board decided to use the one Greg made.

Discussed not having a board meeting on April 11^th a week before the annual meeting and just having the working meeting on April 28^th.
