Shorecrest Beach Club Minutes

Meeting called to order 10:00 AM

Roll Call: Ken, Bill, Mike, Craig                                      Tracey, Greg, Patricia (excused)

Minutes: Minutes January 11^th and 28^th was read and approved.

Staff reports:

Presidents: None

Treasurer: A report was given by Carolynne (the report is in the office).   

Office Manager: A report was given by Carolynne (the report is in the office).

Maintenance report: Elliott gave a verbal report. He reported on the problems at the boat launch regarding trash and needles. Elliott and Craig met with the county parks people and they agreed to resume garbage pickup and to put up signs. 

Pool Report: Teresa gave a verbal report. She said that she comes in on Saturday’s and Monday’s to check thing out and she showed Elliott how to run the pool pump.

The Board voted to accept the staff reports.

Committee reports:

Architectural Committee: Elliott reported on the letters that were sent out.

Activities Committee: Marcia talked about the dinner and bingo to be held tonight and about the brunch and Easter egg hunt coming up.

Old Business:   

Mike ask about the alarm system problem. Elliott said that Greg was going to call an alarm company to fix it.

A member asked about the septic system problems. Craig reported that he has been in contact with the county and they were looking into it.

New Business:

It was decided that Elliott should be made a Covenant officer because he is not a member of Shorecrest and can’t be on the Architectural Committee. The Board voter to make Elliott the Covenant officer.
