Working Meeting.

Meeting called to order 10:00 am

Roll Call: Mike, Ken, Bill, Greg, Craig, Tracy                       Patricia (excused)

Open Session

Elliott discussed the problem with the Jacoby Park (boat Launch) garbage and needles. He wanted to know if he could put up cameras to catch the person that was dumping the garbage or needles.

Craig said he would check with to park department about the problem.

Greg discussed what he found out about the file alarm system. He asks if he could contact a fire alarm company to fix the alarm problem and check out the alarm system. The Board voted to let him contact the alarm people and to have them fix and check out the system for $75 service call and $125 per hour for labor.

Greg contacted the county about the septic problems. The county told him they would get on it.

The Board discussed a problem with a member, lights for the sign on Crestview, people living in RV’s over 120 days and trees on lots being cleared without cleaning up the mess left on the lot.
