Shorecrest Beach Club Minutes

January 11, 2020

Meeting called to order 10:00 AM

Roll Call: Ken, Bill, Mike, Craig, Tracey, Greg                    absent Patricia (excused)

Guest Business:  

John Gummel the Pioneer School Superintendent gave a talk about the school levy coming up in February. Listen to the recording for his full discussion.

Minutes: Minutes for December 14,2019 was read and approved with corrections.

Staff reports:

Presidents: None

Treasurer: A report was given by Carolynne (the report is in the office).

Office Manager: A report was given by Carolynne (the report is in the office).

Maintenance report: Elliott gave a verbal report. He fixed a slow leak in the trucks tire, he talked with Jacob about the lawn job at the park, ask to get rid of the blue cushions in the shed.

Greg said he would look into the smoke alarm problem.

Pool Report: Carolynne gave a verbal report.

The Board voted to accept the staff reports.

Committee reports:

Architectural Committee: Elliott reported on the letters that were sent out so far.

Activities Committee: Marcia said that they are planning a spaghetti dinner and bingo on February 8^th at 5 pm.

Old Business:

Greg gave status of the septic systems that are a concern

New Business:

Craig discussed the lawn damage at the park at the end of illcrest parpHillcrest.

Bill Machelwich ask to have lots BE2-1-15 & 16 combined. The Board voted to combine the lots.
