Working meeting

Meeting called to order 10:00 am

Roll Call: Greg, Ken, Patricia, Mike                       Bill absent

Open Session
Mike talked to a real estate agent who said we might get $5000 for the lot that Shorecrest owns on Peyton Place. Mike handed out a letter from Tracey McGlothlin saying she would like to be on the board. The Board voted to appoint her to the Board of Directors. 
Greg passed out copies of letters he sent to the Sheriffs office and the Public Works thanking them for the help they have given us with the speeding problem on Crestview.
Ken wanted to know how the Board wanted to enforce the Rules and Regulations regarding living in apartments over a garage. The garage at 2110 E Crestview Drive was the only place he discussed. The Board agreed that it should be enforced as it states in the R & R Section A 12.

The Board voted to go into Closed Session to discuss the Water Company request for settlement on a lot.

Open Session
The Board agreed to deny the proposal.
